The history of the GROUP OF COMPANIES ENGLOBAL began in 2000, when a group of experts with strong backgrounds in construction decided to start a business and registered a company in Moscow. ENGLOBAL launched its activity as the contractor for monolithic reinforced concrete works. The existing business relations with the leading companies, which produce formwork systems such as Hunnebeck and Peri allowed to carry out these works effectively and expand its activities.2004
As the result, in 2004 the Company acted as the General contractor for the construction of the 11th micro-district in Kurkino (Moscow) with the total area of more than 90,000 sq.m. and built it in a record-breaking short term - just 1 year.2006
In 2006, the Company had the first experience of simultaneous designing and constructing of the facility with 4 underground and 18 above grounds floors, with the total area of 43,120 sq.m: office building was also successfully completed and commissioned at the address: Moscow, Raketniy boulevard, 16.2009
In 2009, the Company continues to grow and transformed to holding, developing new directions: general design, project management, co-investment.2012
In 2012, the Company takes steps to the diversification of its activities. In this regard, the Company actively and successfully develops new business directions - development and management of real estate, including technological parks.2014
In 2014, the Company acquires manufacturing facilities and on its basis, the concept of Technopark was developed. At the same time, it was organized the first own production of elements of modern innovative building technologies.2015
In 2015, the ENGLOBAL Company approved a development strategy for the period until 2020. The main priorities are - increase of business effectiveness in all existing business areas and the capitalization growth of Group of Companies.
JSC "GC ENGLOBAL" - is the parent company of the Holding, performing functions of the General contractor, a complex of installation and construction works, as well as functions of the General designer and certain types of construction works.
LLC "ARTESTATE" - is the development company, which manages, leases office premises and operates real estate.
CJSC "G-TECH" - is the research and production company with its own production facilities and responsible for the production, promotion and sale of the advanced building technologies Simkar, Comfitt, modular building construction, metal frame buildings, including light steel thin-walled structures.
LLC "Technopark Donskoy" - is the owner company and operator of technopark, which provides its own production facilities for rent to manufacturing companies, including related services.
